Minutes of the Palomar Mountain Planning Organization Meeting

May 29, 1999

Board Members Present:

Debbie Bauer, Karl Bauer (alternate), Robert Carlyle, Russ Day, Donna Dose, Elizabeth Getzoff (alternate), Bruce Graves, Jack Norvall, Michael Pique, George Ravenscroft, Robert Sterner, John Tainer, Robert Thicksten, Joseph Weeks.

The PMPO Board meeting was convened 12:33 P.M. May 29, 1999, immediately following the Annual Meeting, at the Palomar Mountain Lodge.

Board officers were elected as follows: Chair: Bruce Graves, Vice-Chair: Robert Thicksten, Treasurer: Debbie Bauer, Secretary: Michael Pique. The minutes of the April 10, 1999, meeting were distributed and approved.

New Business:

Creek Diversion

Bruce Graves reported a notice posted at the store that a permit was being sought to divert Mendenhall Creek. Jack Norvall suggested asking the California Fish & Game Commission for information. Robert Thicksten will ask the applicants whether this is a new project or a continuation of existing operations. No action was taken.

Next Meetings:

The next scheduled board meetings are July 31 and November 20, 1999, and February 12, 2000.
