Minutes of the Palomar Mountain Planning Organization Meeting

May 24, 2003

Board Members Present:

Terri Bailey, Thomas Burton, Robert Carlyle, Tracy Dixon, Donna Dose, Bruce Graves, Susan Humason, Pat Jones, Elliot Miller, Dale Norton, Jack Norvall, Bonnie Phelps, Michael Pique. Alan Serry, John Tainer.

The PMPO Board meeting was convened 1:20 P.M. May 24, 2003, at the home of Bruce and Lola Graves, shortly after the end of the pancake breakfast and annual meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:

Election of Officers

Bruce Graves was re-elected Chair, Elliot Miller re-elected Vice Chair, Tracy Dixon re-elected Treasurer, and Michael Pique re-elected Secretary. Tracy indicated she would like to retire from the Treasurer's post.

Crestline Emergency Exit Road Project

Bruce Graves reported that permission has still not been obtained from the landowners to clear roads down from Crestline and Birch Hill to Conifer Road and the East Grade, for emergency exit use.
