Minutes of the Palomar Mountain Planning Organization Meeting

Board Members Absent:
Thomas Burton, Tracy Dixon, Jack
The PMPO Board meeting was convened 12:44 PM May 27, 2006, following
the Annual Meeting, at the Palomar Mountain Volunteer Fire Department.
The Board welcomed new member Bob O'Neill, replacing Elliot Miller.
Distribution and discussion of the minutes of the April 1, 2006, board
meeting were deferred to the next meeting.
Election of Officers
The following were elected for
one year terms:
Jim Hamerly, Chair;
Bruce Graves, Vice-Chair;
Tracy Dixon, Treasurer, and
Michael Pique, Secretary.
Conflict of Interest Policy
chair-elect, Jim Hamerly, reminded the Board that the PMPO's
deliberations and decisions must be above-board on all issues, and
always to represent the best interests of the mountain. He asked the
Board to consider adopting a formal policy to reduce apparent or real
conflicts of interest by Board members.
